SEEKERS MULTI-CULTURE CLASSWHO:Adults who want to know more about what it means to be a follower of Christ and/or followers of Christ who have cross-cultural backgrounds and want to participate with others cross-culturally. WHAT:1. Examine who God is; the Father, the Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit: salvation and discipleship. 2. Experience love in Christ through activities outside of class. WHERE:Class meets on the lower level in room 108 followed by a potluck lunch in the gymnasium at noon. WHEN:Sunday, 11 am – noon and other scheduled time HOW:1. Adult Bible Fellowship 2. Prayer 3. Sharing (Celebrations of significant personal events, holidays and socials) 4. Small group Bible Studies 5. English Conversation Partners and Host Families WHY:1. Provide an opportunity to examine the invitation of Jesus Christ to accept Him as Lord and Savior and follow Him into a life of Christian discipleship. 2. Provide opportunity for new believers to mature in their Christian faith and be a part of the ministry. A Thought From God's Word: Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, or with the breadth of his hand marked off the heavens? Who has held the dust of the earth in a basket, or weighed the mountains on the scales and the hills in a balance? Who has understood the mind of the Lord, or instructed him as his counselor? Whom did the Lord consult to enlighten him, and who taught him the right way? Who was it that taught him knowledge or showed him the path of understanding?
