When does it start?
Men United meets on Fridays from 6:30-7:30 a.m. from September through April.
Why is it so early?
Since a big part of our goal is to become who God designed us to be in our homes, we didn't want to take you away from your family for another evening. Plus, our promise to you is that we will make it worth the effort. We will start on time every week so that you don't feel like you woke up for nothing. And we will end on time every week so you can get to work or back home to your family. (And we will give you coffee so that you are awake when you are here).
What Should I Expect?
Each Friday, we will begin with teaching from God's word, and then we will discuss that teaching together at tables of 4-6 guys. If you wish, you may buy and bring a workbook which will provide additional reading and help you get the most from the teaching videos. You should expect to learn and be challenged, but you should also expect accountability, encouragement and prayer.
How do I sign up?
There is no need to sign up - you can just show up if you like to check it out. However, you may want to contact Pastor Jay Pound to be sure we are meeting the week you plan to attend. We typically meet every Friday during the school year (we take summers off), but there are some weeks during the year that we will meet for breakfast, and we'd hate to have you get up really early and find that no one is at church that morning!
